The DCF is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Our physical offices are open to visitors Tuesday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Staff members work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and are not on-site during those days; however, they remain fully available by phone and email during regular business hours. If you would like to meet with a specific team member in person, we recommend contacting them in advance to confirm their on-site availability.
