Joyce Darling leads the finance and administrative teams for the DCF. Holding a bachelor of science in accounting and a master’s degree in nonprofit management, she has worked in the nonprofit sector for most of her career. It brings her joy to be able to help provide financial support to the organizations that are in the trenches making Delaware better. She resides on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband.
