Catlynn is a Grants Associate who supports the DCF and HCD with several projects. Catlynn recently earned her Master’s degree in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware, along with a Graduate Certificate in Community Engagement. Her experience includes contributing to initiatives aligned with the Delaware State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP), as well as internships focused on nonprofit capacity building, health communications, and program planning. She is passionate about advancing community health and supporting programs that create meaningful, lasting impact.
