Dover Federal Credit Union, opportunity and equity
Interviewing Chaz Rzewnicki reminded me again of what it’s like when an organization is committed to serving everybody. This week’s Building Opportunity podcast focuses on the Dover Federal Credit Union, where Rzewnicki is president and CEO. While Rzewnicki’s Midwest roots certainly speak to me, it’s his passion about serving a broad community need – and ensuring that equity is part of it – that sings for me.
