Joanne joins the DCF as the vice president for philanthropy. She has a degree in studio art from Arizona State University and also has advanced certificates in fundraising and planned giving. Joanne has worked as a nonprofit executive and fundraising professional in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 2003. She currently lives in North Wilmington with her husband and two children.
