Delaware Community Foundation (DCF) has purchased 302 Savannah Road in Lewes, De, from the Lewes Historical Society. Built in 1898, the 3,485 square foot property lies in the town’s Historic Business District.

“This property offers us a unique opportunity to create a salon-style gathering place for our donors, supporters and non-profit partners,” said Stuart Comstock-Gay, President & CEO of DCF. “It will serve as our living room in Lewes, a space specifically designed to foster discussion as well as host programs and meetings.”

DCF anticipates opening the building in the late Spring when renovations are complete.
