Continue the Conversation – Join a Book Circle!

Join the DCF this November as we dig into the book “2020: One City, Seven People, and the Year Everything Changed” by renowned sociologist and author Eric Klinenberg our 2024 Building Opportunity Keynote speaker.

The book examines the individual stories of seven New Yorkers weathering 2020’s challenges and the varied human responses to the crises. Our Book Circle Discussion will explore, analyze, and learn from “2020” with the goal of creating a more resilient and equitable Delaware, no matter what future challenges we face.

There are two Book Circles, one each in Kent and New Castle Counties. Each will be led by a community moderator, and each starts at 5:30 PM.

New Castle – November 19 at the Wilmington Public Library (10 E. 10th Street)
Kent – November 21 at the House of Coffi (14 Loockerman Plaza, Dover)
