How to Reach Us
Please note that our schedule is hybrid.
– Our full hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.to 5 p.m.
– Office locations are physically open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
– On Monday and Friday our staff works remotely, although in many cases in-person meetings may be scheduled in advance.
– Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we close on Fridays at 1 p.m.

We are located on the corner of Savannah Road and Third Street. Free parking is available on Savannah Road and Kings Highway. Parking is available on the street and in the West Third Street public lot, free from mid-October 1 to mid-April. (You can check with the City of Lewes’s website, ci.lewes.de.us for specific dates each year). When the meters are in force they accept credit cards, coins or are accessible via the ParkMobile app. Note: The building is accessible using our portable ramp; advance notice is appreciated.
