Four Members of DCF’s Staff Complete DEI Certification

Four DCF staff members have earned certificates in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from Diversity Crew Institute, strengthening their skills and underscoring the organizational commitment to building a more inclusive community. 

Jacqueline Mwangi, Maribeth Przywara, Kelly Sheridan and Terri Waller completed their training this summer. Eleven DCF staff members have completed Diversity Crew’s DEI training. 

“We are proud that the staff is committed to this work,” Sarah Hench, DCF executive vice president for strategic engagement, said. “This coursework is an important part of the foundation’s goals related to equity and inclusion, both among our team and within our communities.” 

A new cohort of DCF staff members is set to begin its work towards a DEI certification in the near future, with the goal of getting every staff member certified.
