For nearly 40 years, the Delaware Community Foundation (DCF) has supported Delaware nonprofits as they serve our communities.

Now, many of these organizations are facing a financial crisis. A federal funding freeze has cut off critical support for programs that provide housing, food, education, and healthcare—putting essential services at risk.
