Jane & Jack Richter Scholarship Fund

Jane and Jack Richter were prominent figures in Dover, Delaware. While Jane taught, then owned/directed the little school (now the little school at Kid’s Cottage), Jack had a successful engineering career with the State of Delaware, Tetra Tech Richardson, and Becker Morgan. He devoted much time to Dover through serving on the City Council and as Mayor. This fund was created upon their passing to continue Jane’s legacy to help financially needy families whose children would be best served by the little school.
