Randy J. Holland Memorial Fund for History and Civics Education
Justice Randy Holland was the longest-serving Justice in the history of the Delaware Supreme Court. During his illustrious career, he always made time to support history and civics education in the schools and through his written works. He believed that a firm understanding of history and civics was essential for the successful continuation of our democracy. In order to continue his legacy, the family has set up this fund in his memory. Delaware teachers in grades K-12 are invited to apply for financial support in attaining materials and programs on history or civics for their classrooms.
