between both Part 1 and Part 2 combined, regardless of operating budget size.

If you have not previously used the DCF grant portal, please create a new account. Once logged in, click “Apply” at the top of the page, and you will find the Delaware Nonprofit Support Program application in the list of open applications.
Please note: the total application file size must not exceed 10MB for Part 1 and 5MB for Part 2. We cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted by the website if either part exceeds these file sizes.
